With all the recent posts about bread, I thought I should explain.
Those who have read my interview (see side-bar) know that I closely relate many things with writing. One of those things is cooking. Certain things can inspire me to write, and a lot of those things have to do with my environment and the outdoors.
Well, believe it or not I have been cooking again today, and I will probably post some pictures later, but for now, let me focus on writing news.
I’ve been working on a piece called “Camera Obscura”, which I think has finally taken the leap it needed. I have been starting this story and restarting it the past couple of weeks, and as of this writing, have about three versions of the beginning. But I finally know how I want it to go, so I’m happy.
I’ve also been submitting a few pieces over the past couple weeks. So I hope good news will find me soon.
Okay, that’s about all I can stomach of this right now.
I think it’s the same with me and politics. I relate a lot of my writing to my political ideas and activity.
And I’m glad I’m not the only one restarting stories over and over to get them right. I’ve been doing that with a zombie piece and really, I’m still no closer to a completed draft.
Best of luck with the submissions.
Like your blog. I gound a recipe you might weant to try.

found and want. I’m a we bit wrunk.
Thanks, Anonymous.
There’s actually a beer that does the same thing with open source, giving away the recipe for whoever wants it, which is pretty cool. I bet you’d enjoy the “free” beer. 🙂
Still at it I see! Good for you. I’m working on a novel. I was thinking about working short stories, but a novelist is what I’ve always wanted to be. It’s a lot of work though, isn’t it?
Yeah, it’s a ton of work. I really want to start on a novel, but i’m afraid to do it when I have so much other work to do. I don’t want to start it and never finish it.
Good luck with the novel.
