Okay, day three:
I checked on my creations this morning to find that they have developed a particularly alcoholic smell, which is what i was looking for. There also seems to be a hint of cheesy smell…not in a bad way though.
Anyway, I fed them both, but I only left the white flour starter out. The other I put into a glass jar (sterilized) and put into the fridge. I did this because I plan to use the white flour starter tomorrow, but not the wheat flour one.
So, that’s that. I didn’t bother with pictures because it looks basically the same: bubbly and frothy.
Merry Christmas Eve Eve.
Hope this yeasty experiment turns out okay for you.
You mentioned in your last post about problems with taking close ups and keeping in focus. If your brother’s camera has a maco setting, that is what you need to use for close work.
All the best for Christmas and the coming new year.
Thanks Steve. Yeah, it has Macro, but I didn’t want to mess with it too much. I should buy my own camera so I can fool with it.
